We offer free ground shipping on all orders totaling $199.99 or more.  This policy applies to the contiguous United States only. It does not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are shipped the same or next business day. All orders totaling $150 or more and destined for Central and Eastern time zones will normally ship from our Kentucky warehouse in 1 to 2 business days for faster delivery to our customers.

All products on our website should be in stock unless otherwise noted in the Availability field in the product detail page. From time to time due to stock shortages, items may not be available for shipment within 2 business days. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know which items in your order are not available for immediate shipment. If you need your product(s) by a specific date then please give customer service a call before placing your order to ensure timely deliver of your order.

How Will My Order Ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest and most reliable method possible. Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries. Please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you would like to require a signature please call customer service to place your order over the phone. Additional charges may apply.

Freight Shipments - Most products that weight more than 150 pounds need to be shipped via a freight carrier. Most freight carriers will contact you to setup a delivery appointment. It is strongly recommended that you contact the freight carrier after you receive your shipment confirmation email to ensure a mutual delivery time has been confirmed. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office.

Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please contact us immediately while the driver is still there.

Orders placed for expedited shipping before 10:00 AM PST will be shipped the same day. Any expedited order placed after 10:00 AM PST will be shipped the following day. If the item is being shipped out of our WA warehouse then orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be shipped out the same day.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order on Friday at 1:00 PM PST to ship UPS Next Day Air, your package will arrive on Monday. Please contact customer service with any questions.

International Shipping

We Ship To Canada - Most items under 150 pounds ship to Canada. Just add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click on “Estimate Shipping & Tax.” We give you the option to choose UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Note: If you select United States Postal Service (USPS) you will avoid all duties and brokerage fees normally associated with UPS Canada deliveries.

If applicable, customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees for all shipments to Canada.

All international orders outside Canada must call or email us for a shipping quote.

Ship To Information

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All Shipping Details must contain a valid Address, City, State, and Zip Code. If UPS is unable to delivery your order due to invalid information that was entered, the shipping cost associated with returning the item back to Clean Air Systems and reshipping them will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer decides he no longer wants the items and would like to return them for credit then the order is subject to restocking fees as outlined in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
